Datum Research may, without prior notice, change its content and services; stop providing the content and services or any features of the content and services we offer; or create limits for such content and services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to content and services without notice and without liability for any reason or no reason at all.

Datum Research reserves the right to modify, limit, or remove use of or access to its content and services at any time, for any reason, in our sole discretion, and without notice.

You agree to allow Datum Research to use information collected by or provided to us through your use of or access to Datum Research to facilitate or improve our content and services.

Datum Research reserves the right to refuse registration or to cancel an account at its sole discretion.

You may choose to register and pay for a membership plan in order to access certain Datum Research for a limited time and incur any applicable charges and fees for such access. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase such limited-time access via membership plans or to purchase any other Datum Research content or services.

You are responsible for and agree to pay the membership fee and any other associated charges incurred with your account (including taxes) at the rates in effect when electing and confirming payment.

Paid membership grants limited access to certain Datum Research content and services within a specified window of time. Materials accessible to each membership plan are subject to change at the sole discretion of Datum Research.

When paying for a membership plan for a specified, limited duration, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full Terms as well as conditions and details of the plan before purchasing access; and (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase limited-time access to associated content when you commit to buying a membership plan and complete the check-out payment process.

Membership plan prices in effect are listed on the website. Hourly, daily, or project-based charges for private consulting and other services are discretionary and can be made available upon request.

Membership plans commence with the date of payment (inclusive) and require Internet access (not included).

Membership plans cost the following: 20 USD for a 31 calendar day interval; 55 USD for a 91 calendar day interval; and 200 USD for a 365 calendar day interval.

These prices do not include any applicable taxes or fees, which may be added to any final purchase invoice and may depend on your location and relevant jurisdiction(s).

Datum Research cannot guarantee the availability of the website or associated content or services for the duration of any given membership interval.

At its sole discretion, Datum Research may elect to extend membership access intervals in the event of severe, widespread, protracted outages (defined here as 16 or more complete days of downtime within any consecutive 30 day period).

The purchase of a membership plan does not confer any other rights.

In order to minimize the retention of payment and associated personal information, Datum Research does not operate on a subscription model. Once your membership plan period has ended, you must submit payment information again in order to purchase another interval of limited-time access. If you elect not to renew a membership plan in this manner, you will not be charged and will no longer enjoy member access.

Datum Research reserves the right to change prices for membership plans and other content or services at any time (but will not do so retroactively) and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

In purchasing a membership plan or other Datum Research content or services via this website, you agree to the respective terms of Wix Payments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and those of associated payment services providers.

All fees and charges for Datum Research are generally non-refundable.

All membership plan sales and transactions for Datum Research content and services are final and non-refundable.

Datum Research cannot and does not offer refunds for content provided or services rendered.

Datum Research is free to terminate (or suspend access to) your use of Datum Research, or your account, for any reason and without notice or liability, including if in our sole determination you violate any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulations. If you have paid for a membership plan, your access will be extended through the remainder of your plan interval provided that you have not violated these Terms or any applicable laws.

You may discontinue use and request to cancel your account and/or services at any time. If you choose to terminate your account, you agree to forfeit the remainder of your membership plan and associated usage of and access to Datum Research.

Datum Research cannot guarantee the restoration of your account or access credentials.

You agree that some of the obligations in these Terms will be in force even after you terminate your account. All of the following terms will survive termination: any obligation you have to pay us or indemnify us, any limitations on our liability, any terms regarding ownership or intellectual property rights, terms regarding disputes between us, and any other terms that, by their nature, should survive termination of your use of or access to Datum Research.

These Terms, the rights and remedies provided hereunder, and any and all claims and disputes related hereto and/or to Datum Research, shall be governed by, construed under and enforced in all respects solely and exclusively in accordance with the internal substantive laws of the United States of America and the State of California, without respect to conflict of laws principles.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively by, a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles, California.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you and Datum Research LLC agree that all claims against the other can only be brought in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, consolidated, or other representative proceeding.

The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.

The failure of either you or Datum Research LLC to exercise, in any way, any right in these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of any further rights.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated, to the minimum extent necessary, so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

You agree that these Terms are the complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding between you and Datum Research LLC, and that the Terms supersede and cancel all previous written and oral agreements, communications, and any other understanding or interpretation related to these Terms.

Failure to follow any of these Terms shall constitute a breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account and access to Datum Research. Datum Research has the sole right to decide whether you are in violation of any of the restrictions set forth in these Terms.

Datum Research LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at its discretion and at any time. The date of the latest update will be displayed along with the Terms. Your continued use of or access to Datum Research after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Datum Research LLC reserves all other rights.

If you do not agree to any of these Terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or Datum Research.

By using or accessing Datum Research, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to these Terms.
